Priya (nee Kalyanpur) takes a Hindustani Classical class at 2nd Cross, 8th B Main Kormangala 3rd Block. Felt really good restarting the Hindustani Classical singing on 27th-Nov-2010.

Earlier we'd got introduced to Hindustani Classical Music at Geetanjali Music Academy at Parangipalya, HSR 2nd Sector (Parangipalya). Attended for 4 months from April-July 2010. Teacher was Moushumi from Shanti Niketan.

I think best to have both as the cost is not much.
Some things are easier to understand (and cross-reference) in English and some other things are easier to understand in a holistic sense in Hindi.

Note: Search on youtube for many different interviews of Kailash and learned something interesting.

The media likes to play up somethings and downplay other things - in this case Rags-to-Riches story.
They insist that he spent a few months to year on Andheri Station (implying I guess that he sang/begged for a living there!!)

No matter how many times Kailash has gone red in the face trying to correct this image in interviews they keep on insisting on that image!! As if he's having amnesia and they know better than him....
A good warning to not put too much faith in 'Unauthorised Biographies'.
The biographer gets too much leeway to interpret the person/events to his heart's content.
